SHIPPING POLICY
Orders are shipped via USPS, UPS or FedEx. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged goods. Once shipped, most orders take anywhere from 2 to 5 business days to arrive depending on your location. Please keep in mind that pre-order items will not ship until the date specified in the item description.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
All items are final sale with exception to special situations. Feel free to contact us with any questions or concerns. We will gladly exchange any item purchased for another or for a store credit.
Any custom made-to-order or tailored special request items are FINAL SALE.
Please contact us within 3 days of your delivery date upon sending the item back, to confirm your exchange. The item must be in its new condition. If the item being exchanged has any signs of wear and tear, your request will be denied. We must receive the item within 7 business days, after the exchange has been confirmed.
We will not accept any packages sent without authorization.
Domestic and international customers are financially responsible for shipping the item back.
